We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathroom facilities are fine, with both bathtub and shower available. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of tempting dishes served in the Pacifica restaurant. The hotel is located in a new developed area of the city, close to malls with great restaurants.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it's only a short drive from the train station and close to shopping malls that have fantastic restaurants. the Pacifica restaurant offers delicious food with stunning views. the service is excellent, and the staff is always willing to go out of their way to help, even arranging for transportation to the airport. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well, equipped, and the breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of food items.
One of the hotel's main drawbacks is the long check, in and check, out process, which can be frustrating.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel! From the exclusive amenities to the top-notch service, everything was perfect. the modern design interiors of the room were spacious and had all the necessary facilities. the restaurant served delicious halal food, which was a plus for us.
The only minor issue we faced was the limited number of surrounding restaurants and stores. this wasn't a problem since we had our own car.

Great location close to public transport and local restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean with good amenities. Impressive breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.
Very disorganized and slow check-in process took over an hour. Guests smoking in non-smoking areas made the smell of cigarette smoke prevalent throughout the hotel, even in the rooms.
